Uh-oh have suddenly realised my egg, nut and dairy-free cupcakes arent actually so! Do i replace the butter in the icing with Kremelta or am i way off! What else can i replace the butter with! Needing it to be quite a stiff icing for decorated cupcakes.

you could do a simple icing sugar and fruit juice concoction. Or replace the butter with vegetable fat.

I only ever use margarine for icing, it's great.
