as well.Has anyone got a tried and true recipe! Also, what would the shelf life be of any bread made without yeast. I have an allergy to anything baked using yeast or baking soda.As I am going on holiday early next year, I'm needing to source a bread recipe which I can take with me or bake during the trip.thank you

You might be better to make wraps/pancakes. Make up the mix in advance and just cook as needed.

Of course sourdough has yeast in it :)
