Does any one have any idea why when i use baking soda in a cake the taste is so noticeable. How can i fix it? Cheers

dont put in as much as the recipe suggests! ! Ive found that helps!

do you mix it well with the other ingredients? sometimes its best to dissolve it in the wet ingredients first. And usually no more than 1 level teaspoon per recipe. . I always sift my baking soda ...
