Bilinis with a liitle sour cream then toppedwith salmon . Dip made with sour cream , lemon juice , black pepper and salmon

There is a recipe for cold smoked salmon in this months Food Magazine at Countdown if you want that l can type it out later!
l will do it now while l have a few minutes as someone else might use it anyway,hope you don't mind
Smoked Salmon with Ginger & Sesame Oil Serves 2 1 cucumber, peeled, deseeded and cut into thin strips (it looks like it has been slice with a peeler in the pic) 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 2 shallots, finely chopped pinch sugar salt and pepper to taste 10 slices cold smoked salmon 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds to garnish
Place the cucumber,rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, sesames seeds, shallots and sugar in a bowl Toss and season to taste Chill for at least 15 minutes Spread the salad evenly over a platter Lay slices of smoked salmon over the top and garnish with the black sesame seeds Made in 20 minutes Gluten free Diabetes friendly

delicious on mini rolls with cream cheese, sliced red onion and whatever greens (lettuce) you prefer plus a squeeze of lemon
