Cooked prawns-smoked salmon and phyllo

would it work making a fishpie with the cooked prawns and salmon and wrapping it in phyllo or would the prawns end up like rubber?

Yep, I do this:
Cooked prawns, salmon, cream cheese and spinach, layer on a sheet of Filo and wrap to make a parcel. Do individual parcels, cook in oven for approx 7 minutes, serve with little new potatoes and salad.

Nothing wrong with phyllo - normal Greek.

dogbond they were lovely - served them with asparagus - which I might add is cheap and really nice over here -new potatoes which are not as good as NZ spuds - and little purple vine tomatoes with a few pieces of rocket- looked really nice on the plate
