I wonder if it was put on the high or the low setting?Only way this wouldn't cook.By the way, what brand is her cooker?I love and adore mine; :)

Wow, old thread, forgot about this one!
I put mine on the high setting, but it cooked so damn quick, I now turn it down low halfway through the cooking process.

I had to bump this as we had it for dinner tonight and it was awesome. I used chicken pieces instead of a whole chicken so everything was a great fit in my slow cooker.Yummy :)

Have read the first page and skipped to the end to say: instead of liquid smoke (which sounds a bit fiddly) You can get manuka smoked salt (from Prenzels). Mmmmmmm dat's da bomb!
