I have loads of snow peas, need salad ideas please

ok, have you tried Googling for salad ideas!If you Google 'snow pea salads' you'll find some interesting combos that may appeal to your family.I do agree that snow peas are lovely raw and IMO a good healthy snack but I have also enjoyed them cooked on the rare occasion that we have had access to snow peas.:-))
