Just buy fresh fillets and fry them in butter viola gluten free :)

A bit of nice salsa or salad on the side mmmmmmmm

Ingredients:

Hoki joined fillets (55% minimum), Sunflower and Canola oils, RiceFlour, Water, MaizeFlour, Tapioca Starch, Maize Starch, Rice Bran, Thickeners (1404,415), Maltodextrin, Salt, Stabilisers (425,412,450), Raising Agents (500,541,450), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder ,Yeast. Contains fish.

No thanks.I'll carry on eating real fish.

Desiccated coconut and egg works quite well as an alternative or cornmeal if you like that crunchy outside.
