Converting Cooking Times from Bake to Fan Bake

A stupid question probably.I am cooking a small pork fillet roast. It is supposed to be cooked at 220 degrees on bake for 45 minutes.I am wanting to use FAN BAKE for various reasons. What temperature should I use please!Or should I change the length of cooking time!Help, please!

Cut back 10 degrees for fan bake, 20 for thermowave on my oven instructions.

I'd reduce by 20 degrees actually (usually recipes that have both bake and fan bake are 20 degrees of difference) but for the same length of time. However, fan bake will dry out your roast and pork fillet is so lean that might not be such a good thing.

Thank you folks - I very much appreciate your help. And yes, I think the 20 degrees less is the better option!

I also take about five to ten minutes off the cooking time as well as lowering the oven temp.Just check it three quarters of the way through.I also would take the crackling off lay it over the pork and fan grill the crackling on very high, you will need to stand and watch this dont leave it.Then rest the pork for about 15 minutes before cutting up.
