Hi, I have a tefal breadmaker.I lost the manual and recipe book but have found it on line.There doesn't seem to be any recipes for making bread rolls.Is it possible to do in this breadmaker.I would like to give it a go but have no idea how to do it.Thanks in advance.

Put 'breadmaker' or 'bread' in left hand message board box, select 'Last Year' , you should find heaps there.

I use this recipe for bread rolls - put everything in the breadmaker on the dough setting, and then make and bake the rolls in the oven. 3 tsp breadmaker yeast (Edmonds red top) 450 g plain flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 300ml water
If using wholemeal flour, add another 5 - 10ml water.

I just use the bread recipe on dough cycle.Never had any problems.

Just make the bread dough using the dough cycle and when the cycle has finished, divide the dough into equal portions, shape into rolls and bake. Maybe rest the shaped rolls for a short while before baking.

I let the rolls have another rise before cooking.I had a really nice 'light' recipie but I've blinken lost it :-(
