Child Friendly Meatballs (with silverbeet)!

There was a silverbeet thread on here a little while ago in which a poster suggested wrapping meat balls in silverbeet. It was such a hit in my house, that my 12 year olds asks every day if we can have it for dinner!Simply make meatballs your usual way, wilt the silverbeet by steaming quickly then wrap single meatballs in a silverbeet leaf.Place them in a single layer in a dish and pour over a tomatoey sauce (homemade or a pasta sauce).Make a small amount of cheese sauce and pour this over the top to make a thin layer, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake.I serve this with a salad. Its a great way to use a variety of veggies if you grow them yourself, however all easily purchased ingredients as well.
