I have a recipe with buttermikl in it. I don't have buttermilk so what else can i use or can i make it! What is the difference between milk and buttermilk! Thanks.

just add some lemon juice to milk and let sit for a few minutes - basically its just slighly soured milk

A tbsp of lemon juice to a cup of milk and let stand 5 minutes works a treat-fantastic for scones too especially cheese ones.

Use unsweetened yoghurt.
