Someone kindly adviced how to make ones own butter milk. ! tbsp of either lemon or vinegar in some ordinary milk, if memory serves me right. I want to make some scones, so can anyone help please?

malee, as you will see on the following link, your memory serves you very correctly in that 1 tbsp of either lemon or vinegar + milk to equal 1 cup can indeed be used to make soured milk and then used as a substitute for 1 cup buttermilk.....
