Does anyone have a KitchenAid Blender? URGENT HELP

Okay.I had this stupid idea of watching Gordon Ramsay on YouTube making his Beef Wellington.

Instead of chopping up the mushrooms in a food processor, I decided to shove them in the Blender.Well, they just got stuck all the time; as you'd expect when making shortcuts. So, I took out a spoon and started shoving them around (poor mushrooms).Then my spoon struck the four blades at the bottom, and it made a noise worse than fingernails on a blackboard.

I think I busted it.This is not the first time.
Can anyone look at the four blades for me, and advise whether a north facing blade is turned up; the east one bent over (!); and both south and west are kinda horizontal-ish.

I hope I'm not confusing anyone.

Hubby came home and he thinks I haven't busted it. However, the silver spoon is now in the bin (bit of a chunk out of backside of the spoon bowl).
