will let u know, after i make it i will have three "bugs" to give away. its goodasu dont have to "feed' it very day. only once within 10 days. before u make it up and the mixture can also make nice muffins so i have been told. will update after baking day.

It makes the best light fruit cake ever!My mum was given one (it's also known as Herman's cake for some reason) and she kept it going for years.

I have made them, really nice bur no good if you want to freeze. I have found they tend to go dry if frozen but that may just be my experience or I have cooked them too long.
Enjoy though I always have.
