nfh1, I assume you mean the finished product and the answer is yes, you certainly can. It can also be frozen after the initial cooking stage before the sugar has been added. I recently read a post from someone who said the whole fruit can be frozen too until you are ready to start the marmalade.

For jam and marmalde varieties we're likely to get through slowly, I bottle in little jars,has helped drop wasteage.And keep in fridge.
For the high turnover stuff, no prob

i freeze jam. Saves it from shrinking if you are not using it quickly. I also freeze fruit and make jam at odd times through the year. Good not to have to make heaps all at once.
