Adding wholegrains to bread .

I now have a breadmaker and love it but other than LSA, chia, sunflower, flax or pumpkin seeds I am running out of ideas of what grains I can add to my bread.Any suggestions and where do you find them!We don't have a Bin Inn here and I am reluctant to buy one of those Healtheries bread mix packs from the supermarket because (a) they're hideously expensive and (b) I can't see what's in them.

Kibbled wheat is always nice. I am sure there are a couple of grain people online.

I add what ever I feel like. Just throw it in:) Never had a bad bread yet ! I make all my bread by hand.

I do tend to make the dough more stickyas the more grains I add, take up more liquid!

that's what I did yesterday but I deducted the weight of the grains from the amount of flour I needed - the big issue for me is knowing where to buy the grains, etc. to add to my bread
