My daughter and I are catering for 24 people for fundraising. They have a main and dessert. Its serve yourself and the instructions I have been given is that they like a selection of 2-3 meats, and veges. Any suggestions please. Will post in recepies also. Cheers

Casserols go well, curry and rice, roast vegys, potato bake, pasta bake,stir fry as for dessert something like a terimisu (sp) apple pie and custard, fruit salad, eclairs, pavlova, and cheese and crackers.
