highfences, I'm not sure if either of the following are what you're wanting but they're the closest I could find on the NZWW website:

http://www.nzwomansweekly.co.nz/food/recipes/creamy-chicken-bake/ That recipe doesn't have tarragon in its name but it does actually have ¼ cup chopped tarragon in its list of ingredients. http://www.nzwomansweekly.co.nz/food/recipes/chicken-and-tarragon-pies/
and the second recipe (as you will see) is not for a casserole but for pies.
