Hello, my mandarin marmalade turned to toffeeAny ideas on how to resurrect it (e.g. make it edible, get it out of the jar!).Thanks.
At the moment even the birds wont eat it, even though it has a really nice flavour.

oops I've done that too. Don't think there is much you can do except warm the jar slightly to get it to out. What has happened is it has been cooked for a tad too long, its easy to do, although usually one tends to have it a bit on the runny side.

If it's not burnt, you could dig it out of the jars and add more water and reboil and test again.

put it in the microwave for a minute. keep checking. It will go to liquid then set when cold.
