4 weetbix2 tspn BP 1 tbspn cocoa2 cups flour 3/4 cup brown sga200 gr melted butter
Melt butter then add sifted dry ingredients. Put into a slice tin and bake for 20-30mins at 180c. Ice with chocolate icing while still warm.
Weetbix slice. Easy peasy.

My mum always made pretty much exactly this and called it Sydney Special. It's awesome. You can drop the butter to 100g or even less, as well, and then it'll be crisper and more sliceish rather than fudge-ish. Just be sure to press the mixture into the pan really well.

This is one of my favourites - Coconut Square with a Difference
60g butter 1csugar
Melt these in saucepan and pour onto: 185g flour, 1 tbsp cocoa, 2 tbsp coconut, 1 tsp baking powder, 3 crushed Weetbix. Mix well and bake 20 mins in a mod oven.Cool and cut into squares, ice with chocolate icing to which has been added some coconut.

Leave to cool then top with marshmellow 2 Dsp gelatine 3/4 C boiling water 1.5 Cups sugar few drops of vanilla few drops food colouring Dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Add rest of ingredients and beat (electric) till thick. Pour over base and sprinkle with 100's & 1000's, toasted coconut or whatever.
