Chicken Booster provides a burst of flavor. It is similar to stock but because most stocks have a milk powder base I tend to use chicken booster as this does not (I am allergic to milk proteins). However, the continental brand does so I do not use this either.I make my own stocks, but when a recipe calls for powder I needed to find an alternative. When using the booster instead of chicken stock in a recipe I recommend you use half what the recipe asks for as the flavor is quite intense .
