I'm making kebabs for about 10 people at work and am looking for a recipe similar to the turkish ones I get for lunch. Using rump steak. Anyone have a tried and true recipe! The search function didn't give me much. tia.

I would just cube the rump steak removing any fat. Place all in a bowl and make a marinade.could be red wine and garlic and black pepper.ORa bit more elaborate. red wine vinegar. extra virgin olive oil. thyme. oregano. garlic,. ground black pepper.ORa more common one. soy sauce. worcestershire sauce. crushed garlic. ground black peppersprinkle salt.parsley and tomato sauce. Now place one of these over the cubed steak, stir to cover and place in fridge ready to make kebabs .red onions chunked.red and green capsicums into squares. and cherry tomatoes. Thread a piece of steak first , next onion.steak. green capsicum. tomatoes. steak. red capsicum. steak.you could use cooked whole large king prawns,, or streaky bacon interlaced over and under each piece. Turkish kebabs.use pieces of lamb.may be wrong. someone will tell me. :}
