Never thought of putting them into a soup so dont know if they 'work'. Just picked the last of myfresh beans and seeing as i've gone off them - (had to many) I was wondering if they would be OK in a leek and potato soup i was gonna make for tonight TIA

Beans will be fine in your soup.Cut them into short lengths so they will be easy to eat with a spoon.
