This isn't a casserole, but very yummy and quick. Family love it. Dice chicken meat and brown in pan with little oil. Add garlic, 1 good tablespoon honey, chilli if you want, mix 1 pkt maggi onion soup with 1 1/2 cups water, and pour over. Cook till thickened and chicken pieces cooked.
You could use chicken pieces I suppose and do in a casserole dish. Being covered though, more liquid will be made, so will need to compensate for this.
