Pre-dinner nibbles... something quick and easy

I need to serve something for pre dinner nibbles to have about 1-1.5 hours before dinner is served.Needs to be reasonably quick to prepare.... any ideas?

An antipasto platter would be ideal especially if time is short as all the items could be purchased and all you'd need to do is lay it all out for serving.
Suitable items such as cured meats, cheeses, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, marinated mushrooms, breads, etc. can be found in most, if not all, supermarkets if you don't wish to purchase at or there are no specialist deli's available.:-))

dips crackers pate salami pickled onions gherkins etc on a platter or why not get those little vola vont cases and fill with smoked chicken in white sauce or mushrooms and white sauce smoked fish is alo nice

last night I found this nibble on here, not sure where as I was going backwards and forwards.It was earnest adam jamacia ginger loaf, blue vein cheese and dried fig.You cut the loaf up into little squares, a slice of blue vein cheese, and fig ontop.We were going out tonight so made a plate up and they were a hit, even those who didnt like blue vein enjoyed them. So thanks to whoever the recipe belonged too.

Raw courgette fingers sprinkled with celery salt and a sour cream dip - as one of the dippy/veggie type things - is one of my favourites.
