Orange Beef at Resturant

had this delicious orange beef at an asian resturant in Wellington.
would anyone have a recipe for it. thanks

Sounds nice, never tried it is it a stirfry with a orange/soy sauce! served over rice have a recipe for that if you want it.

#4, the beef was in small strips and was very crunchy, like it had a coating on then deep fried. you could taste the orange right thru the dish.strips of orange in it. very dark sauce.

Asian,cantonese style Orange Beef is yummy.The beef is marinated and fried twice.Sauce has soya sauce, chilli, salt, sugar, etc
and the orange flavour is actually dried mandarin skins.I've cooked a few times but haven't as yet perfected so reluctant to give my recipe yet. Google and find a recipe which is similar to what I've told you.

I am sure the beef mustve had a fine batter or something, as it was rather crunchy.
