Sounds nice, never tried it is it a stirfry with a orange/soy sauce! served over rice have a recipe for that if you want it.

ummm, not sure what type the name was shaghai something, in wgtn. yes would love any recipes. #4, the beef was in small strips and was very crunchy, like it had a coating on then deep fried. you could taste the orange right thru the dish.strips of orange in it. very dark sauce.

Asian,cantonese style Orange Beef is yummy.The beef is marinated and fried twice.Sauce has soya sauce, chilli, salt, sugar, etc and the orange flavour is actually dried mandarin skins.I've cooked a few times but haven't as yet perfected so reluctant to give my recipe yet. Google and find a recipe which is similar to what I've told you.
