The Kenwood are really reliable I have had one similar to the one forsale for 25 years and it is great. Gets used maybe 5 or 6 times every week.

post #4 These are being reconditioned. They are very old, age won't worry the Kenwood mixer. I have two and am waiting for one to go, so I can get it reconditioned, but it just won't die.

Sorry us109 I have only just popped back in. My Kenwood looks very similar to the one in the link you posted. My cousin still uses a Kenwood that must be 40 years old at least.
