lol, my fave way to eat them is with fresh bread and butter, but I'm not sure that'll do for a birthday tea.what about going the whole unhealthy way just for today and having them with kumara chips and fried eggs.

Can I come for dinner please! I haven't had paua fritters for ages. Really good with kumara chips- make your own though, the frozen ones are tasteless!
