I thought that Michael Meredith should have taken a personality pill before appearing on the show.I can't recall him smiling once and l appeared quite severe looking.Completely unlike the friendlier chef from Hooker Lodge last week and the guy who owns the cake shop in Freemans Bay the week before that.

It shows two who are demonstrating at a Food Show, but you can't be absolutely sure whether those are the two finalists or just two of thelast four contestants spread around doing the promo work.

What a delight watching these pro's tonight, oozy chocolate one perfect,high rise souffle wonderful, and that lemon juice cream for that pud brilliant, never seen that before loved them all.

The recipes all looked delicious. I saw a hint elsewhere for a molten centre for the choccy puddings. use caramello chocolate pieces, pushed into the centre of the batter in the tins. the chocolate takes a lot longer too cool and reset, so ensures a molten centre as it's still soft. sounds good, though haven't tried it.
