Saw a recipe somewhere for hot peaches with blueberries but can't remember what they were cooked in and can't find the recipe. Dont want a crumble or pie, just the fruit. Can anyone help please!

You can grill or roast. Sprinkle a little icing sugar over the cut pieces of fruit and grill. Or just add sugar and bake and the fruit will disintegrate as it cooks.

OK - here's a version of stuffed apricots I've done with peaches and blueberries which is great. Halve peaches and place cut side up in an oiled roasting dish. Drizzle over 2-3 tablespoons of vodka. Place 3-4 blueberries in stone hole and then top with teaspoon of sour cream. Sprinkle over brown sugar and then roast for 15-20 mins until fruit soft and sugar bubbling. Yum! Apricots work the same but just need 10 mins hot heat.
