Is ordinary peanut butter ok for making

Chantal organics crunchy peanut butter is the only one I'll use for peanut sauce. Like Pics, the only ingredients are peanuts and salt, but the skins are left on.

Yes, as long as you use a peanut butter which doesn't have any additives.Read the label, and buy one that is made of peanuts and salt only .

I've used whatever peanut butter I've had in the pantry for those moments that I've needed peanut sauce. I'll be the first to admit that it's a pretty poor substitute for the satay sauce that the little chinese satay hawker used to sell fresh from the little bbq on the back of his bike when I was 7 or 8 though. Those were the days.

Yes.I just make sure it is a good crunchy one.
