am having roast chicken and a very small ham for Christmas lunch. have never cooked a ham before though.I want it hot on the day but should I cook it (reheat it to cook the glaze, it's already cooked) on Saturday and then just reheat it for lunch Sunday, or will that dry it out!Because I need the oven for the chicken on Christmas morning. how anyone coordinates all the amazing menus I've seen on here is beyond me!

No - don't reheat.I'd put the chickens in at 150 (long and slow is how I like it) and then pop in the ham alongside them about half way through cooking.Remember to baste it often.
I'm going to have a go at roast pork and ham tomorrow! As well as reheat the lamb and chicken.Wish me luck.
