Making capsicum sauce for xmas prezzies and

added the sugar along with capsicums & vinegar by mistake. Was meant to cook caps & vinegar on their own for 15mins then add sugar & simmer another 15m. Should this make much difference to taste etc does anyone know!

No, just simmer it altogether for 30min, but stir the bottom. often

where are you goodaz.just watch that it is not burning,keep it at a low simmer

am keeping a close eye on it, I just hope it will thicken a little now. In the recipe once sugar was added, then simmer it for 15mins until sauce thickens. This as yet doesn't seem to be happening after 25mins

it will be delicious, and thicken as it cools, i can smell it from here
