does any one have the recipe for making club sandwiches and sushi with a jelly mold

Sushi
1 1/2 cups short grain rice 600ml water 2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup sushi vinegar 5 nori sheets 1 cucumber finely sliced 1 carrot finely sliced (Cooked for 2 mins in microwave) 2 crab sticksor smoked salmon or meat of choice
Cook the rice for 12-14 minutes on high. Mix sugar, salt and vinegar shake together and add to hot rice. Spread the hot rice in a plate to cool. The rice needs to be warm to go in the mould. In the jel ring place 4 sheets of nori shiny side down and slightly overlapping to line the mould. Spoon in the warm rice and make a well in the center then fill with carrot,cumumber and meat.Spoon the remainder of the rice over the filling. Now dampen the ends of the nori and tuck over the top.
