Does anyone have a good recipe for cooking mutton hams what love to try.

Karenjane, just treat it in the same way as you would a ham. Last time I did a mutton ham I put it in a roasting dish with water to about 2 cm depth then covered the whole thing with foil and baked it at about 160C. I checked the water and topped it up after about 2 hours. From memory I think I allowed 30 mins for each 500g and a little extra. The ham can be glazed after the initial cooking if you wish.
