Oh yum! One of the few seafoods I'll eat. Just break up flesh into a bowl, and some vinegar and salt and pepper. All it needs! You could make a mornay. but really it's perfect as is with a lovely crisp salad on the side.

Crayfish mornay (cheese sauce on top, grilled, yum).Loosen the flesh first before putting sauce on, makes easier to eat.

YUM! Just eat them as they are with a salad and new potatoes. I love it with home made condensed milk mayo :)

they were frozen on tuesday just thawing now and will have them for t tommorow, 1 crayfish mornay and the other in a salad, thanks for the ideas
