Does anyone have a nice sauce I could make with this pasta!I've never used this before and was given to me. Have browsed the internet but can't really find anything that is inspiring.Anyone used this before!

No but you could use a tin of tomatoes and puree them and add some grated cheese

Just use it as usual pasta.If you want to make a tomato sauce. my advice is to roast your toms first, add some acid (like a lil lemon or vinegar) and some sweetness (like a lil sugar), some fresh herbs, plenty of seasoning, a lil softened garlic and onion. and cook until your tomato based sauce goes orangey. maybe 15 mins. :-)
But you could make a creamy based one with creme fraiche, a strong stinky cheese, pureed blanched spinach, a pinch of nutmeg and seasoning. a lil squeeze of lemon over the top of the pasta once sauce is on will cut through the richness.
