Lamingtons! Want to make some lamingtons for a wedding in 2 weeks. do they taste okay once they have thawed out!

Yes they freeze well.My advice would be to cream them and then freeze in an airtight container as they are perfect when thawed and no more needs to be done to them.I have done this before with great success, a great tip from Alison Holst.
