I have some chicken tenderloins and wondered if anyone had a nice recipe for them. i have never cooked them before so would appreciate some ideas please. thanks.

I use them in many ways.crumb and lightly pan fry.dice and use in any dish that you would use chicken breast.use them in wraps after coating them in a nice spice mix.wrap with bacon and oven bake then put a dob of salsa on and a slice of brie and put back in oven until brie melts a little.the key to cooking tenderloins is not to overcook them.they take a relatively short cooking time.

oops sorry just seen your second post.I use a tomato salsa.just one of those ones from the supermarket that goe with nacho chips is fine if you dont want to make one yourself.try to get a more chunkier one if possible.
