I do. Now trying to make my own red bean paste so I can make them myself. I like the crystal skin or ice skin ones.

I thought I was trying moon cakes when in welly

it had the consistency of marshmellow but when i tried it it was like eating a flour dough with strawberry damper inside blerk.
is that what its meant to taste like

you probably had the unbaked one, the skin would be similar to mochi. The baked one would have a firmer sweet bean filling, sometimes with a salted egg yolk in the middle. The skin has glucose syrup added for colour.
