Want to try this tomorrow. Should I put a cake rake in there to put the lamb on? Should I add water or anything else. Its quite big 2. 3kgs. Any suggestions gratfully accepted.

I don't use a cake rack, I just plonk it in!
I just add some red wine, garlic and rosemary. It smells devine while cooking and is delicious!

I use a cake rack, it just saves the meat from sitting in the fat from the meat. No water.
