I'd normally load tomatoes, lettuce etc into burritos.But of course, am not buying those at the mo.what would you put in in winter time!

price of avocados have come down.

I've got some chicken out.was thinking chicken, with some sauteed mushrooms, maybe some onion and grated cheese.But wanting other inspiration too.Too damn cold to go out and get avocados - but they WOULD have been very yummy!

We had chicken enchiladas last night. Poached the chicken in stock and some spices, then fried onion and garlic, added sour cream and grated cheese and the chopped up chicken and some sauce, wrapped in tortilla, put in a dish and topped with grated cheese and hot sauce (homemade habanero, mmmmm) and baked. Served with red rice. Damn fine.

I do chicken, red kidney beans, edam cheese.
