I have all the ingredients except gelatine, what can I replace gelatine with please.

I don't know if there's anything else that would help.. lemon juice might help it hold together a little..

A packet of lemon (or preferred flavour) jelly dissolved in three quarters of a cup of hot water should do the trick. Have tried this several times and it works well - especially if mixed with the juice of 1-2 lemons.
