ham, cheese, tomato, chicken, bacon, salami, seafood, corn, onion, peppers, mushrooms, corn, spinach to name a few.

What ever you like really:)

soy and honey drizzled over

or

chopped onions, wine, soy, freshgarlic and fresh ginger

Omelette fillings: cheese, roasted capsicum, onion & garlic(sweated in butter), peas, bacon.

Good marinade for chicken, i love the honey and soy marinade with ginger and garlic...delish.

Many thx.One of my work colleagues brings chicken drumsticks to work and they look delicious - not at all pale ... but I've forgotten what she uses and now she's away on leave.Plenty of info for me above now though.:)
