Does anyone have a recipe for a nice little filling that i could put in little mini meringues. I would like to take them to an afternoon tea this week. I had thought of a little spoon of chocolate mousse, witj a little dollop of cream on top. TIA

I have a recipe that you can make little meringue type drops which you add almond essence and chocolate chips to the mix when making the meringue mix and that makes them taste really yum after they are cooked.
