Bakells Actiwhite (powdered egg white) can be purchased for about $40/kg. You can get it from food warehouses like Trents.

yes- Bakels is the only one I have ever used. But you can't get it in small quantities. make friends with a local coffee shop owner and you might be able to buy a bit off them.
Its a great product
