You could make them look like mini hotdogs... pipe the choux paste into small lengths, add a cooked cheerio, a lil mustard and tom sauce...? hahahah at least the kids will like em!
I've got a sav choux paste filling recipe here 150gm ricotta cheese (use cottage cheese if too expensive) 5 hard boiled eggs, 1 1/2 t horseradish cream, 1/2 t paprika, 1/4 t lemon juice... blend until smooth and pipe filling in.

Asparagus in a cheese sauce - my mother always used to fill choux cases with this mixtureand they disappeared at a very fast rate.
