I am thinking of doing these for Christmas tea as a light desert with fresh fruit and whipped cream , should I use a yogurt as part of the filling , or ice creamas well ?

Yes you can use all of the above.but our house loves whipped cream with a touch of yogurt, marshmallows, and choc chips for the kids. Pile into the baskets and watch it dissapear.

Pineapple pieces, strawberries, well drained peaches or other stewed/canned fruit are good added too..
