at the moment im contemplating making crumbed meatballs with a honey soy/teriyaki type sauce and fried rice or egg noodles...might actally be nice in a risotto..

Personally I don't like breadcrumbs in or on meatballs or hanburger patties, juniper berries are great with venison.
